haiiiii :3 hewwo :333 i want to talk about housing more lol. I really really really want to live in a silly little apartment with like, one bedroom and a little kitchen, in a major UK city. I think I'll use the next few paragraphs to dissect those points one by one. Also, not like anyone is reading all of my posts in order, but this one won't contain any poppy life updates so feel free to skip it if that's what you're here for.

Okay, point number one: "silly little apartment". When I say little, I mean little. If you've ever seen Ratatouille, that's the kind of size I'm thinking of (although I would want a different floor plan, that kitchen is bigger than my current bedroom but Linguini still sleeps on a couch). Silly is more of a filler word here, although I would like my home to match my personality. And as for apartment, I say that, but what I actually mean is just any home that would be contained in a building like an apartment would be. I don't actually know the word for it (maybe "condo"?), but I think I would rather buy the place I live, rather than pay rent, assuming I can afford to do that. The appeal for me is the size and location, not really the way I'm paying for it.

Point two: "one bedroom and a little kitchen". I say this almost arbitrarily, although there is definite truth to it. "One bedroom" is just a way for me to mentally categorize the type of apartment I want, not an actual number. I just want something small that has at least one separated room. My bed feels very personal to me (and in many parts of my life has been the only place that felt "safe") and having to have a bed or couch that served as my main sleeping area in, say, my living room I think would really bother me. As for the "little kitchen", I don' really care about the size, but I don't cook much (I bake occasionally, but I think it's actually more difficult to find a place without an oven), and the cooking I do do could be done with a single pan and stove-top burner.

Point three (final point): "Major UK city": As I've previously discussed, I will live in a city. I hate the idea of having to drive during the better part of my adulthood, I love the convenience, how many things "happen" in a city (compared to a rural town, where you could go days without having any local news), and, while less important in terms of quality-of-life, I love the way cities look at night. I walk around my neighborhood at night, and there's maybe two or three windows lit up. I walk around a city at night? Like, every store is open, and there's "stuff" everywhere. I love it. It might be related to the way my brain works, with things scattered about, everywhere all the time, but regardless, I still like it. I could talk about the aesthetic of cities for probably a few hours, but I should probably quit while I'm ahead, before this turns into a yummy poppy-rant flavoured soup of words.

That's all I have today. This does mark my record for most consecutive days posting for the last 3-ish months. I do enjoy writing this a lot. Even if nobody reads it, it's still nice to say things where there's a chance people hear it. Anyway, thank you all for reading! See you next time <3

P.S. should I indent my paragraphs? I need to use a special character to do it, so it's kind of inconvenient, but I like the way it looks. Leave your answers in the comments below!!!

P.P.S. my "o" key is breaking please help
